FAQ 3: What does the big green triangle mean on the Top Links page?
The big green triangle means that your video link is still active and your growth rate is therefore still changing.
FAQ 4: What does a big red triangle mean on the Top Links page?
A big red triangle means that an error has occurred with your video on YouTube. You can choose to lock in the latest
recorded growth rate or opt to enter another link with the free link credit we will provide you may this occur.
FAQ 5: What does the big blue square mean on the Top Links page?
The big blue square means that you have stopped your video and have locked in your growth rate.
FAQ 6: Who is the VT-Trust?
The VT-Trust is Temo van Tongeren, the director and creator of the VT-Trust, and Nicoline van Cann, the VT-Trust international PR Manager. The VT-Trust is based on Waiheke Island, New Zealand.

FAQ 8: Is the payment page secure?
Our payment page is set up in connection with Paypal, the most secure method of payment on the Internet.
FAQ 9: How long does the competition run for?
The competition runs for 6 months after it has gone live. For any exceptions on the longevity of the competition we refer you to our Terms and Conditions.
FAQ 10: How does the winner get chosen?
The winner will be the entrant that has entered the video link with the highest growth rate.
FAQ 11: How is the growth rate calculated?
We calculate the growth rate of the video you chose to enter by dividing the total number of views your video has received from the minute you entered the link, by the overall minutes your video link has been active. That way, you get an average growth rate per minute.
FAQ 12: How does the winner take ownership of the prize?
The winner and one person of their choice will be flown to New Zealand where they will be presented with the prize.
FAQ 13: How many link credits can I purchase in one go?
You can purchase as many link credits in one go as you wish. After pasting one link from Youtube into the designated screen in our ‘Add Links’ tab, click on ‘+ Add Link’ to enter another one. Each link will cost you 1 Euro.

You can enter as many links as you wish into our competition. Each link will cost you 1 Euro.
FAQ 15: Can I enter the same Youtube video link more than once?
Yes, you can enter the same Youtube video link more than once, as long as you do not enter them both in the same minute. If you do, our website will tell you to wait another minute until entering that same link, so no one ends up with two links with the same growth rate. They have to be uploaded at least one minute apart from one another.
FAQ 16: After how many minutes can I lock the growth rate in?
You can lock the growth rate in 2880 minutes after you have first entered your link. That is 2 whole days after you have entered your link.
FAQ 17: Once I have locked the growth rate in, is it possible to unlock it again?
No, you cannot unlock the growth rate once you have locked it in. You will have to enter a new link.
FAQ 18: How is the winner notified?
The winner will be notified within one week after the competition has finished. He or she will have to respond to us within one month after our notification, otherwise the prize will go to the runner up of the competition.
FAQ 19: Is it possible to donate money to the VT-Trust?
No, we do not accept donations. If you wish to make a donation you can so do by buying link credits.
